The information you provide through the contact form (such as your name, email address, and reason for inquiry) is collected solely for the purposes of responding to your request for services, answering questions, and scheduling an initial consultation if appropriate.

2. How Your Data Is Handled
Storage Location: Contact form submissions are securely transmitted and temporarily stored on servers hosted by Web Hosting Canada, located in Canada, in accordance with PHIPA and PIPEDA privacy requirements. Website Platform: Our website is built and maintained using WordPress, with security features and SSL encryption enabled. Email Communication: Responses to your inquiry will be sent via Zoho Mail Premium, which includes encrypted email transmission and storage, and audit logging for access. While Zoho offers secure handling of data, email is not a fully secure medium. Please use discretion in what information you share.

3. Access and Use of Form Contents
Only authorized individuals at Insight Counselling (and, if necessary, our technical partners at ProLoyalWeb for troubleshooting) will have access to your contact form submission to monitor the form’s functionality, track submissions, or address any performance issues.

4. Consent
By submitting the contact form, you consent to:

  • The collection and temporary storage of your information.
  • Being contacted by Insight Counselling via email.
  • Your information being viewed by our team and, if needed, by our technical partners solely for website performance and support.

You may request access to or deletion of your contact form data at any time by emailing Mat.Degrave@insightco.ca
